By day the historic "Honey Run" covered bridge in Butte County attracts visitors from all over the country, but by night its starting to attract the wrong element.
Recent criminal activity at the historic bridge has the park operator, Amy Roucher, worried. Vandals have cut the locks and broken into the private park. A volunteer opens and closes the park on a daily basis. She says the break-ins haven't happened in the past and she wants others in the canyon to step-in and help put a stop to them.
Ruucher says she has notified the sheriffs department, but there isn't much they can do. She doesn't want unwanted visitors ruining the bridge for others.
