AT&T crews are continuing repair work Wednesday after several lines were cut, leaving people in the Palermo area without phone service for the second time this week.
AT&T officials, as well as Butte County officials are trying figure out exactly what is causing the lines to snap, but the damages appear to be the work of vandals.
The damages have knocked out landline service to the Palermo area, and one woman told Action News Now her phone has not been working since Monday.
AT&T officials have not commented on when they expect service to be fully restored.
