Wednesday turned into a nice day, as temperatures cooled down. Tomorrow looks nice as well, then we'll see big changes on Friday with rain and maybe a few thunderstorms!
A weak disturbance moved through the North State today, and dropped our temperatures 5 to 10 degrees. We'll cool a bit more tomorrow as high pressure weakens, but it will still be comfortable.
A strong Spring storm will move in on Friday, bringing rain and a few Valley thunderstorms. Most of the Valley will see around 1/4" of rain. Strong low pressure will move over us in the afternoon... if we see any sunshine after the rain, that should trigger a few Valley thunderstorms. These storms could be strong ones... a funnel cloud is possible! Storms should diminish after sunset.
The weekend looks partly cloudy with temperatures near average... which is in the middle 70's. Next week will start that was also, before a weak storm moves in with a few scattered showers mid-week.
