A 28-year-old man was killed after being thrown from his 2000 white Landrover on Jellys Fair Road in Red Bluff around 8:30 last night.
The CHP says the driver was going around a 90 degree curve in the road when he lost control, causing the SUV to roll several times.
There were four other people in the car, three teenage boys, and a 20-year-old man. All the occupants sustained minor to moderate injuries and were taken to Mercy Hospital.
The names of the driver and occupants have not been released.
