QUITO, Ecuador (AP) - The Latest on the earthquake in Ecuador. (all times local):
Ecuador's Vice President Jorge Glas says the death toll from the magnitude-7.8 earthquake has risen slightly to 235. But he says another 1,557 people are injured.
Glas tells a news conference that there's no risk of a tsunami - an attempt to knock down rumors in the jittery nation that has been shaken by scores of aftershocks.
