Temperatures on Sunday were unseasonably warm once again with Redding tying the record high of 79 degrees set back in 1997. Other areas across the North State were about 10-15 degrees above average for this time of year.
Sunday night will be mostly clear with lows for the valley dropping to the middle 40s. Mountain lows will be in the 30s and 40s. Some fog could develop in the valleys of the northern mountains.
The work will continue to be warm and dry with highs in the 70s for the valley. It'll cool slight into the middle to upper 60s by next weekend but the forecast continues to look dry.
