Unity in Diversity Festival is this weekend in Paradise

The Ridge Coalition for Peace and Justice is hosting the Unity in Diversity Festival on Saturday June 13th, in Paradise. It takes place from 3 to 7 pm at the Paradise Community Park, located at at Pearson Road and Black Olive.
Admission is FREE.
The mission of the coalition is mission is to celebrate diversity, promote respect for human rights, and foster alternatives to violence.
The festival includes entertainment, dancing, audience participation with performers, and a huge plant sale. Activities like games and crafts, juggling, face painting and balloon animals are planned for children.
You're encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair, relax, and enjoy great music and entertainment from diverse ethnicities and cultures.
The lineup includes performances by Paisani, International Folk Dancing with Eileen Morris, a Tai Chi demonstration by Lenora Wong, the Sligo Divas Irish Band, and Dance Evolution Performance Company's Dances Around the World.
The final hour will highlight the Art Alan Rigg R&B Dance Band featuring Jonathan Arthur and Lazy Lester.
Ethnic and American food and beverages, including beer and wine, will be available for sale.
