Roughly 200 people rallied on the Chico State University campus Friday afternoon. They were protesting what they allege are unfair practices by the administration. Members of the California State University Employees' Union, and other unions representing the CSU staff and faculty were on hand, claiming intimidation and bullying by those in higher positions. They also demanded change to what they consider to be salary inequities. According to the university, all CSU faculty, and staff are expected to get pay raises in 2015. The university maintians it follows up and investigates all complaints and reaches findings, and says it supports the unions' rights to rally represent it's members.
