A petition seeking to ban 2016 presidential candidate Donald Trump from the United Kingdom now has more than 250,000 signatures.
The petition comes after Trump suggested the United States ban Muslims from entering the country.
It’s not just those abroad who are fed up with Trump. St. Petersburg, FL Mayor Rich Kriseman took to Twitter to say he is banning Donald Trump from entering his city. As of Wednesday afternoon, The statement has been retweeted more than 19,000 times.

On Tuesday, Trump defended his call to temporarily bar Muslims from entering the United States by comparing it to former President Roosevelt's 1942 executive order that authorized the internment of 110,000 American citizens of Japanese descent.
This is a president highly respected by all, he did the same thing," Trump said on ABC's "Good Morning America" Tuesday. "If you look at what he was doing, it was far worse."
