Redding police are searching for two suspects involved in an attempted robbery.

Around 2:30 Monday morning, officers arrived at the Marriot on Larkspur Lane where the victim, 52-year-old Robin Durand, reported that two black men approached her in the parking lot and demanded her purse. Police say they did not get Durand's purse.

The two suspects are described to be in their early to mid twenties and between 5'8'' & 5'10''. They both have a slender to average build and no facial hair.
