Turtle Bay hosts "Chocolate After Dark" Benefit

Turtle Bay Exploration Park in Redding is hosting "Chocolate After Dark: A Wine and Chocolate Experience" on Thursday, Feburary 4th from 4-7 p.m. in the Museum.

Tickets are limited and they're expected to sell out so they won't be available at the door.

The event is a benefit for the non-profit park, which sits on 300 acres along the Sacramento River and features the Sundial Bridge, a museum, forestry and wildlife center, arboretum and botanical gardens. Turtle Bay celebrates far Northern California s part of the world we share.

At "Chocolate After Dark" you will find delicacies and beverages from Chocolat de Nanette, Clearie's Restaurant & Lounge, Dakaro Cellars, LaRocca vineyards, Market Street Steakhouse, Merlo Family Vineyards, Moseley Family Cellars, Shasta View Vineyards, Sweetspot and View 202.

Guests will also enjoy an exclusive first look at Turtle Bay's newest exhibition "Peanuts ... Naturally." It features the popular Charles Schultz comic strip and how its characters explore the wonders of the natural world around them.

Tickets to "Chocolate After Dark" are $35 at the Turtle Bay Museum Store and Coffee Bar, and online at www.turtlebay.org. This is a 21 and older only event. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
