A Trinity County man led authorities on a car chase and then a foot pursuit that ended in the Trinity County Courthouse parking lot Monday, and it was caught on tape.
The chase started around 8 a.m. Monday when a Trinity County sheriff's deputy attempted to pull over a man on Highway 299 West.
The suspect, Robert Redinbaugh, 37, did not stop and continued down a one way street, slamming into a parked car at the Trinity County Courthouse and then began fleeing on foot.
Deputies and K-9 Johnny were able to quickly take Redinbaugh into custody.
Redinbaugh is awaiting trial on several drug related cases and was in possession of methamphetamine when he was arrested Monday. He was booked into the Trinity County Jail with bond set at $50,000.
