Authorities are searching for thieves who stole thousands of dollars of farming equipment from an Orland farming company.

The Tehama County Sheriff's Office says Farmland Management Services on Watkins Road in the Orland area had $20,850 worth of equipment stolen from them sometime between noon Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday.

Among the items stolen were an orange Kabota utility vehicle valued at 11,500, a green Honda ATV, a blue New Holland tractor, a chainsaw and an air compressor.

Site Manager Timothy Sanchez told sheriff's deputies the tractor was sitting on the property, while the other items were taken from a locked storage container.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Tehama County Sheriff's Office.
