Hot, and dry conditions are lingering into your work week forecast. Conditions are expected to be almost identical to Sunday's. Temperatures are starting out in the high 50's for the valley, and will be climbing into the low to mid 90's this afternoon. Mountain areas are starting out in the mid 30's to mid 40's, and will range from the mid 80's to low 90's this afternoon.
Winds are only expected to be around 10mph out of the North for the valley, and out of the Southeast for the mountains. Humidity values will continue to be very low, and will bottom out between 10 to 20 percent.
There will be some very modest cooling taking place over the next few days, but temperatures will stay above average. The coolest day of the week looks to be Thursday, with low to mid 80's in the valley. I hope everyone finds a good way to beat the heat, and has a marvelous Monday!
