Yuba County sheriff's deputies have arrested a man they say offered a woman a free tattoo on social media, but when they met up he drugged and raped her, then held her against her will for four days.
According to the sheriff's department, Jason Brakebill, 35, was arrested on charges of rape, false imprisonment, oral copulation and sexual penetration against the victim's will.
Investigators say Brakebill and the 21-year-old victim made plans to meet and apply the free tattoo on March 23. After meeting up Brakebill drove the victim to his home in Smartsville where he gave her methamphetamine and Klonopin.
Once the victim became unconscious, she was allegedly sexually assaulted and held captive inside the home for four days. The woman was able to escape when Brakebill passed out.
When questioned by investigators, Brakebill said all the relations between he and the victim were consensual.
