LAUSANNE, Switzerland (AP) -Iran nuclear talks have resumed in Switzerland with Secretary of State John Kerry and his British and German counterparts taking part in today's discussions with Tehran.

Although the parties have said that negotiations were positive enough to continue past the Tuesday midnight deadline, the foreign ministers of China, France and Russian have left the discussions.

They have left their delegations behind to put together a framework to curb Iran's nuclear program in exchange for the lifting of crippling sanctions.
