Chico, Calif -- JS Strength and Conditioning owners Sarah and John Fragoso offer sustainable fat-loss tips.
As we head into the warmer months, many try diets and quick ways to lose weight, but results are usually not permanent. The Fragosos combine their knowledge of nutrition, fitness and chiropractic sports medicine to teach long-lasting results.
"It's going to take you maybe a little bit longer to lose the fat you want to shed, but you get to keep the body you get forever," Sarah Fragoso said. "That's what's sustainable."
Tips include: getting adequate rest, moving your body throughout the day and walking at least 10 to 20 minutes per day. John says to also eat healthy foods that do not inflame the body, handle stress and lift weights to build body mass, which in turn, helps burn fat.
