TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Police say an Arizona man suspected in a fatal shooting outside a Tempe drug store may have fled to California.

Tempe police Sgt. Steve Carbajal said Friday authorities are searching for Willie Lee Moore, who is considered armed and dangerous.

Carbajal says Moore has an outstanding arrest warrant for the murder of 21-year-old Errun Scroggins.

A second suspect, 19-year-old Dean Blissett, was arrested Wednesday in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

Police say Moore and Blissett are accused of shooting Scroggins on Nov. 28 after the two suspects argued with him.

Blissett has been charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and other counts.

Investigators say Moore may be in Northern California.

Anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts is asked to immediately call police.
