Sunny, warmer, and windy weather ahead in your Wednesday forecast. Winds will actually be a bit stronger across the region this afternoon. Gusts are expected to be up to 40mph out of the North, with sustained winds up to around 25mph. Temperatures have dipped into the mid 40's to low 50's in the valley overnight, and into the mid 20's to low 30's in the mountains. Afternoon high temperatures will climb into the mid to high 70's in the valley, and into the mid 50's to low 70's in the mountains.
Winds will begin to diminish tonight, and temperatures will continue to warm into the weekend. Valley areas will climb into the mid to high 80's on Friday, and will stay in that range through Sunday. A slight cooling trend will arrive Monday, before temperatures dip back into the low 70's on Tuesday. There will also be the potential for some active conditions to return in your Tuesday forecast. I hope everyone stays safe in the windy conditions today, and has a wonderful Wednesday!
