Some big changes are ahead in your extended forecast. The wet, and cool conditions we had over the weekend, are giving way to sunny skies, and warmer temperatures. Your Monday morning is starting off a bit brisk, with valley locations falling into the low to mid 50's. Mountain areas are starting out in the low to mid 40's, with clearing skies. We have also had some patchy fog developing across many areas of the north state this morning, and that could play a factor in your morning commute.
Today is expected to be significantly warmer than the weekend, with valley temperatures climbing into the high 70's to low 80's, and high 60's to high 70's in the mountains. Sunshine will linger for your extended forecast, and much warmer conditions will be ahead. Valley locations will slowly climb back into the low to mid 90's by the end of this week.
I hope everyone enjoyed the wet and cooler weather we had over the weekend, and has a marvelous Monday!
