Sunny skies, warmer temperatures, and breezy conditions are ahead for your Friday forecast. The Low Pressure area that brought cooler temperatures, and wet weather to the region yesterday is now shifting off to the East. That low is currently centered in Nevada, and will continue to track East today. High pressure building into the West Coast from the Pacific will leave the region with sunny and warmer conditions today.
Temperatures have dipped into the mid to high 50's overnight in the valley, and into the low to mid 40's in the valley. Afternoon high temperatures will climb back into the mid to high 80's in the valley, and mountain areas will climb into the low 70's to low 80's. Winds will be out of the North to 15mph throughout the day, and plenty of sunshine is ahead. Humidity values will be lower than yesterday, and will bottom out at around 25 percent.
More clouds, cooler temperatures, and the potential for showers will return for the upcoming weekend. You can expect valley areas to fall into the high 70's to low 80's, and mountain areas to dip into the high 60's to mid 70's. The potential for showers will arrive on Saturday afternoon, and last through Monday morning. Temperatures will start to rebound back into the mid 80's on Tuesday, and clearing skies will return to the region. I hope everyone enjoyed the wet and cooler conditions yesterday, has a fantastic Friday, and a wonderful weekend!
