Sunny, warmer and breezy today around in the Valley. The winds will subside overnight, but the warm weather is sticking around!
High pressure has returned to California, and the storm track has been pushed back northward. We may see a few clouds from a storm passing to our north this weekend, otherwise quiet weather will last for a while around here. There will be a little early morning fog in Trinity County valleys tomorrow, and the Jarbo Gap winds will blow tonight on the Ridge. That means if you're near the Feather River Canyon, look for gusty northeast winds after midnight, subsiding around noontime Wednesday.
The north winds in the Valley have mostly calmed down, and will stay quiet through this weekend.
