Above average temperatures, and sunny skies are continuing to dominate the north state in your extended forecast. Temperatures have dropped into the mid 30's to low 40's in the valley overnight, and into the high teens to low 30's in the mountains. Afternoon high temperatures are expected to climb into the high 60's to low 70's in the valley this afternoon, and into the 60 to 68 degree range in the mountains later this afternoon. Sunny skies will continue, and winds will only be up to around 10mph out of the North.

Sunny skies, and above average temperatures will continue in the region through this weekend. Most valley locations will be between 70 to 77 degrees by Saturday. Slightly cooler temperatures will start to return to the region on Tuesday. Cloudy skies, and the chance for showers returns to the region late Tuesday, into Wednesday. I hope everyone enjoys the spring-like weather ahead through the weekend, and has a great Thursday!
