Nicole Gordon and Kendra Gordon are a dynamic duo from Hamilton High School.
The two are year-round athletes, playing together on the school’s volleyball, basketball and softball teams.
As a sophomore Nicole averaged 17 points-per-game in basketball. As a junior Kendra hit .355 on the diamond.
But right now they're excelling for the Braves volleyball team. Nicole leads the 15-7 squad in aces with 47, while Kendra is tops in assists with 277.
They are so close you can find them in sync on the court.
"Sometimes one of them will not have a great pass, and I think 'oh, no one is going to get that' 'and the other sister shows up and she's right there to save the day," said Braves volleyball coach Andrea Jones.
"Mostly I can look at her and know exactly what she's thinking," added Nicole Gordon.
The two push each other constantly to better themselves.
Off the field they're both heavily involved with the youth group at Country Bible Church in Capay. In 2012, they went to New York to help rebuild homes damaged by Hurricane Sandy.
"It was great seeing other people and knowing that you were helping make a difference in other people's lives," said Kendra Gordon.
