Dry, and windy conditions will continue across the valley, but temperatures will be a bit cooler this afternoon. Temperatures are starting off the day in the low to mid 60's, and are projected to climb into the low to mid 80's this afternoon. Sustained winds will be at around 15mph out of the South, with gusts to around 25mph for the northern end of the valley. Mostly cloudy skies are returning to the lower elevations, but the wet weather looks to hold off until Thursday. Humidity values will be a bit higher than yesterday, but some areas could still be dipping down into the 25 percent range for your afternoon.
The wet, and cooler weather returns to the valley on Thursday, with more than an inch of rain possible, and temperatures falling into the low 70's. Winds will stay breezy on Thursday, but will not be quite as strong as this afternoon.
Showers could persist on Friday, but it looks like the widespread wet weather will be tapering off this weekend, and temperatures will have a slight rebound on the way.
