TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - It's now a best-of-three Stanley Cup Final starting with tonight at Amalie Arena in Tampa.
Tied up at two games apiece, all that's clear is just how little separates the Chicago Blackhawks and the Tampa Bay Lightning.
These two conference champions have two victories, nine goals and 24 penalty minutes apiece, while Chicago has outshot Tampa Bay 107-104.
Neither team has led by more than one goal at any point in the series' first four games, which have all been decided by one goal apiece for the first time since 1968 and just the third time in NHL history. Chicago evened thing sup with a 2-1 victory Wednesday night.
Still up in the air is the status of Tampa Bay star goalie Ben Bishop, who's been bothered by an undisclosed injury that sidelined him for Game 4. Andrei Vasilevskiy filled in during Wednesday's loss.
