Three southern California residents have been arrested by Butte County drug agents for making hash oil in Oroville.

Oscar Gutierrez, 35, of Alhambra; Timothy Asher, 22, of Azusa; Daniel Apodaca 28, of Los Angeles, were arrested by the Butte County Sheriff's Office Monday for manufacturing honey oil in a shed behind a home on Viewcrest Drive.

Agents seized more than eight pounds of marijuana and another pound-and-a-half of honey oil.

PG&E crews assisted in dismantling the lab, by cutting power to the area and reducing risk of an explosion during the operation.
