The Enterprise High girls basketball team fell to South Medford, Oregon’s No. 1 ranked team, 57-50, on Saturday at Manatowa Gymnasium.
Enterprise (21-2) surged out to a 23-10 advantage after the first quarter, but South Medford turned it around and proceeded to outscore the Hornets, 47-27, the rest of the way.
Kamira Sanders led Enterprise with 19 points. Rachel Martin added six points and 12 rebounds, and Kiana Wolfe had six steals.
South Medford (19-4) was led by Ashley Bolston, a McDonald’s All-American candidate who is headed to Washington State. She scored a game-high 22 points and grabbed 15 rebounds.
