Sierra Nevada expands Oktoberfest, tickets on sale Friday

Tickets for Sierra Nevada's annual Oktoberfest celebration go on sale this Friday, and this year’s celebration will be the first to span three days.

The 6th Oktoberfest celebration will be held over two nights and one day in Chico, October 2-4. Each celebrations is identical and if you want to attend more than one, separate tickets are required.

Attendees must be 21 or older and have the option of purchasing a general admission ticket for $47.50, which includes a German dinner buffet, a commemorative beer stein and 1 drink ticket. Designated driver tickets are available for $30 and include admission, dinner, and a commemorative stein that can be used for water, lemonade, or iced tea.

Musical entertainment will be provided by Wanderlust Circus and local and traveling artists will provide glass blowing demonstrations while local avant-garde performers Chikoko will auction off select items.

Tickets go on sale Friday August 14 at 10 a.m., and can be purchased in the Sierra Nevada gift shop or online here.
