Increasing clouds, cooler temperatures, and the potential for showers are ahead for your Friday forecast. Temperatures dipped into the low to mind 50's in the valley overnight, and into t he high 30's to mid 40's in the mountains. Afternoon high temperatures are projected to be in the low to mid 70's for the valley, and mid 50's to mid 60's in the higher elevations. Winds will be up to 10mph out of the North in the northern zones, while the mid valley, and surrounding areas will have winds out of the South. Showers will more than likely hold off until tonight, but the Northern Mountains will have a chance a bit earlier this afternoon.
The best potential for showers will be between midnight tonight, and noon on Saturday. Snow levels will dip to around 5500ft. Temperatures will be slightly cooler for Saturday, but will quickly rebound on Sunday. Monday looks to be the warmest day of your extended forecast, with high 80's to low 90's projected for the valley. The rest of next week will be sunny, and very warm. I hope everyone enjoys the showers on the way, has a fantastic Friday, and a wonderful weekend!
