The Shasta County Sheriff's Office has scheduled a press conference to discuss the discovery of triple homicide suspect Shane Miller's remains in Humboldt County Friday evening.
The press conference will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the Shasta County Sheriff's Office Public Safety conference room.
Miller's remains were found in the Petrolia area on Friday around 11 p.m. and The Shasta County Sheriff's Office issued a statement saying dental records were used to confirm that the remains were Miller's Sunday.
The 45-year-old Miller, accused of killing his 34-year-old wife Sandra and young daughters Shelby and Shasta in May 2013, has been on the run and is listed on the U.S. Marshals "Most Wanted Fugitives List".
Miller was the first subject featured on a new CNN show "The Hunt with John Walsh" on July 13.
