Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man suspected of stealing cash, guns and jewelry from two homes and a storage unit in Tehama County.

Officials with the Tehama County Sheriff's Office say 27-year-old Kenneth Frederickson was arrested Friday after detectives located a truck that had been photographed at the scene of a residential burglary October 25.

Using the photograph provided to them following the burglary, detectives learned the license plate on the truck had been pulled off a vehicle in Red Bluff earlier in the month.

On Friday detectives spotted the truck still displaying the stolen plates, and with Frederick inside. Frederick was detained and arrested on a variety of burglary and weapons charges.

A search of the truck revealed stolen property from the western Tehama County burglary as well as from a Red Bluff residential burglary and a Red Bluff storage unit burglary.
