The Shasta Regional Community Foundation released its 2013 Annual Report, announcing the organization has achieved over $21 million in assets.
In the 2012-2013 fiscal year, the foundation benefitted 163 community organizations, 63 students through grants and scholarships, and a total of $1.3 million was given back to communities, the foundation stated in its press release today.
“The Shasta Regional Community Foundation is proud to offer donors an efficient and effective way to fulfill their charitable goals,” said Kerry Caranci, CEO of Shasta Regional Community Foundation. “We are even more proud of the opportunities provided through our donors to positively affect the quality of life in our region.”
The report highlights philanthropic work the foundation conducts in Shasta and Siskiyou Counties and includes a statement of financial position.
