Shasta County gave 10 days notice Thursday to "Seven Hills Land and Cattle Company" and Reverge Anselmo to remove a wall, fence and shrubs from county property.
The county says they were built in the Inwood Road right of way and pose a traffic and safety hazard.
Anselmo was served with a Stop Work order in January of last year on construction of a Private Chapel at his winery near Shingletown.
He claims his rights are being violated, but County Officials say all he has to do is get the proper permits, and that Anselmo is the one who broke the law.
Last month a Federal Judge ruled in favor of the county in one of two lawsuits filed by Anselmo.
The county has also filed a cross action lawsuit###
