Shasta County drug agents raided a home containing an assortment of illegal drugs packaged for shipment Tuesday afternoon in Anderson.

Redding Police officers were called to a local shipping agency who reported they had received a package containing several packages of processed marijuana for shipment. Redding Police referred the case to Shasta County Interagency Narcotics Taskforce (SINTF).

The package contained approximately 51 one-pound bundles of processed marijuana.

SINTF obtained a search warrant for the address listed on the package and raided the residence on the 17000 block of Olinda Avenue in Anderson. The shipping address on the package was a location in Birmingham, Alabama.

During the raid, agents found more than 13 pounds of marijuana in 1 pound bundles ready for shipment. In addition to the packaged marijuana, agents located five marijuana plants being grown in a travel trailer on the property, more than three grams of cocaine, a half-gram of heroin and drug sales and packaging materials.

Agents detained two men during the raid. Antonio Cisneros-Chavez, 43, and Gabriel Cisneros-Chavez, 48, both of Anderson, were arrested for cultivating marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, possession of controlled substances, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

Both subjects were later booked into the Shasta County Jail.
