The father of missing 6-month-old Ember Graham reportedly stole a pistol Saturday and has not been seen since.

Matthew Graham, who is considered a person-of-interest in the disappearance of Ember, was reported missing Saturday by his mother. He also reportedly missed a meeting with his probation officer.

Graham was booked into jail on a probation violation last week. As a condition of his release, he was required to check in with his probation officer daily.

During a press conference Saturday evening, Shasta County Sheriff Tom Bosenko said the court made a bad decision ordering Graham's GPS monitoring device removed.

Bosenko said that anyone who sees him should contact authorities immediately, and not try to approach him. Bosenko says Graham was last seen wearing a camouflage baseball cap. He is about six feet tall and has light brown hair.

Shasta County search crews resumed their efforts Friday afternoon in the Ono area after a pacifier similar to one Ember had was found. But according to Bosenko, no new evidence was uncovered.

In the days following Ember's disappearance, investigators said they have surveillance video showing Matthew and Ember arriving at a convenience store, where he took her inside, and pumped fuel as well. They say this happened last Wednesday night, when Ember disappeared.

Sheriff's officials say Graham told them he took the baby to the store and then drove back home, but authorities say the video shows Graham driving the opposite direction from his home when he pulled out of the parking lot. The video shows his pickup truck heading toward his home about an hour later.

Investigators are now asking anyone with surveillance video from the Ono area to call (530) 245-6025.
