Cal Fire Law Enforcement agents have arrested a 43-year-old man on multiple counts of felony arson.
Christopher Scott Holtzclaw, a 43-year-old transient was arrested Sunday and is facing 10 counts of felony arson, according Cal Fire public information officer Cheryl Buliavac.
Shasta County Senior Deputy District Attorney Ben Hanna says Holtzclaw was involved in starting 10 grass fires in the Happy Valley area in 2013 and 2014. Hanna says all of the fires were successfully contained without any structures being damaged.
Holtzclaw is being held at the Shasta County Jail on $245,000 bail.
