Shasta County narcotics agents arrested three people on drug charges and seized a half pound of methamphetamine from a property in Cassel Thursday morning.
According to a news release, a search warrant was served around 8 a.m. at a house on Sand Pit Road in Cassel. Agents found a half pound of crystal meth along with evidence of drug sales, plus found a 10-year-old child living in deplorable conditions.
Four people, Kenneth Scott Elrod, 63, Stephanie Louise Isbell, 23, Elizabeth Ann Bednar 42, and Jayson Elrod 38, were taken into custody at the home.
