Secret Witness offering reward for info on wheelchair stabbing

Secret Witness of Shasta County has posted a $5,000 reward for any information on the suspects involved with an attack on a man walking his dog in his wheel chair early Wednesday morning.

Officers responded to the 3600 block of Scorpius Way just before 1 a.m. Wednesday. They found David Hiswana, 60, stabbed in his wheelchair.

The suspects approached Hiswana near the east end of Atla Mesa Park.

One suspect brought a knife out and demanded for Hiswana's wallet, when he said he didn't have it, the suspect stabbed him in the shoulder and punched him in the face.

The suspect who attacked Hiswana was described as a dark complected male in his 20's, 6'0" with a muscular build and last seen wearing blue jeans and no shirt.

The three other suspects are described as being white males in their 20's, each wearing blue jeans and white shirts.

The suspects fled in a southerly direction from the park.
