Today's beautiful weather will give way to a few scattered showers tomorrow... and warmer and windier weather by this weekend!
We enjoyed a beautiful day around northern California today with nice temperatures and much lighter winds than yesterday. A weak storm is heading our way tomorrow, with a few scattered showers for us, but not much. We will cool down under mostly cloudy skies, and snow should fall in the mountains above 7000'.
Sunshine will return Thursday, and so will those gusty north winds. Look for gusts up to 25 mph on Thursday, and temperatures heating up to near 80 in the Valley. Light winds on Friday, but even stronger winds coming for Saturday, with gusts up to 35 mph! These winds will subside finally on Sunday. Temperatures should warm up nicely into the 80's this weekend.
Watch the rivers and streams this weekend and throughout May... they'll be running fast and will be very cold, due to the melting snowpack!
