Dense fog has settled across the north state overnight, and light scattered showers are lingering across the northern zones of the state this morning. Temperatures are starting out in the mid 50's for the valley, and low to mid 40's in the mountains. Afternoon high temperatures are projected be around 1 degree warmer than yesterdays, with low to mid 60's in the valley, and high 40's to mid 50's in the mountains. Light winds, and humidity values between 80 to 90 percent are also ahead for the afternoon.
Partly cloudy, dry, and warmer conditions are ahead for your weekend forecast. Expect mid 60's for the valley, and mid to high 50's for the mountains over the next few days. The next system with showers will arrive late Tuesday night, into early Wednesday of next week. I hope everyone stays safe of the wet roads, and has a fantastic Friday
