Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was representing his hometown Friday morning when he spoke to the media about Sunday's NFC Championship game against the Seattle Seahawks.
During Rodgers' press conference, he sported a Pleasant Valley High School cap and Butte College sweatshirt. Rodgers who was born in Chico, graduated from Pleasant Valley in 2002 and then played his first year of college football at Butte Community College before going on to a successful career at Cal and then in the NFL.
The Packers play the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Championship game Sunday. Rodgers has been limited in practice all week with a calf injury, but he's expected to play.
