NEW ORLEANS (AP) - A judge has scheduled a hearing next week for millionaire Robert Durst, who faces weapons and drug charges in Louisiana and a murder charge in Los Angeles.

Durst was in court Tuesday, his second appearance before a judge in as many days. He was arrested Saturday at a New Orleans hotel on the murder charge. Authorities found a revolver and nearly 150 grams of marijuana in his hotel room.

Durst's attorney says the murder charge was based on a television show and not on actual fact.

In the finale of "The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst" that aired Sunday on HBO, the real estate heir was heard saying: "What the hell did I do? Killed them all, of course."

The judge scheduled another hearing for Monday.
