Redding woman arrested 6th time this year

A Redding woman was arrested for the sixth time this year Sunday morning, on Commercial Burglary charges.
A business owner called police to 3302 Churn Creek Road shortly after 9 a.m. after discovering power out in a building he shared with a Farmers Insurance Agent, and a broke window ... With someone still inside using a flashlight.
Officers were on the scene within minutes and arrested 26 year old Christina Marie Burke, who was allegedly in possession of property from the business.
Police Officials describe Burke as a "prolific thief", citing 5 prior arrests this year for Vehicle Burglary, Possession of Stolen Property, Grand Theft and Violation of Probation.
Most of the crimes took place in the area of Hilltop Drive and Churn Creek Road.
Burke is currently jailed on $10,000 bail.
