The Redding Veterans Home is gearing up for their grand opening event and ribbon cutting ceremony tomorrow morning.
The project was 17 years in the making, costing over $88 million.
Many people are expected to show up to celebrate its completion.
The Veterans Home has room for 155 occupants, and four residents have already moved in earlier this week.
In addition to modern living spaces, it has plenty of room for outdoor activities.
The ribbon cutting ceremony starts at 10 a.m. tomorrow morning at the new Veterans Home on 3400 Knighton Road in Redding.
Participants are encouraged to arrive early.
Parking will be available across the street from the home, on the south side of Knighton Road.
