Redding Police is asking for the community’s help in identifying a woman who stole a delivered packed Jan. 8 in Redding.

Investigators said a UPS package was delivered to a residence in the 2900 block of Ross Creek Court in Redding. The victim said the package contained approximately $220 worth of Avon makeup and clothing accessories.

Home Surveillance footage showed what was later identified as a stolen 1992 white Honda Accord pull up to the front of the home. The woman walked up to the home, grabbed the package and fled. Investigators determined the car had been following the delivery truck with intention of stealing packages.

The car has since been recovered but the suspect is still at-large.

The suspect (pictured) was wearing a jacket with the initial “VC” on the right-front.

Anyone who can identify this female suspect is asked to call Redding Police Investigations at (530)225-4214.
