Redding Police Searching for Suspect in CircleK Robbery

Redding police are searching for a man who allegedly robber a CircleK Thursday morning. Police were called around 4:30am. The caller described a man going into the gas station on Westwood Avenue and demanding all the money from the cash drawer. The suspect did not have a weapon on him at the time, but did threaten to hurt the cashier if she did not comply. The male suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money. He was last seen fleeing the location northbound on foot. He is described as a white male in his late 30s to early 40s, weighing around 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
