Authorities say two people broke into a Red Bluff woman's home Thursday night, but were arrested when she returned home and caught them in the act.
Tehama County Sheriff's deputies were called to a home on Peach Tree Lane around 9:40 p.m. when a woman came home to find her front door wide open.
Deputies, along with a K-9 entered the house and Brett Norris, 33, of Red Bluff, quickly surrendered. A woman was seen inside as well, but she refused to surrender. The K-9 found 29-year-old Brooke Williamson, of Red Bluff, hiding under a bed a few minutes later.
Williamson and Norris were arrested on suspicion of burglary and booked into the Tehama County Jail.
