Red Bluff Police, NTSB investigating minor crash at Red Bluff Airport

Two people suffered minor injuries Thursday afternoon when their plane ran off the south end of the Red Bluff Airport.

The crash happened around 4:30 p.m. when the plane fell down an embankment after landing in Red Bluff.

The pilot, Robert Blair, his fiancé, and two sons were all able to get out of the plane on their own, but two of them have been transported to St. Elizabeth's Hospital with minor injuries.

The cause of the crash is unknown at this time, and an investigation will be conducted by the Red Bluff Police Department and the National Transportation Safety Board.
