The Red Bluff Police Department is still actively investigating and seeking information in locating Robert Lee Folsom reported missing since December of 2012.
On December 16, 2012, Tyjal Folsom came to the Red Bluff Police Department just before 2:30 p.m. to report his father, Robert Folsom, as missing. Tyjal told the department he found his father’s car in the parking lot of Casa Ramos Restaurant the previous evening around 9 p.m. He told the department he also found his father’s dog, but could find no sign of his father that evening.
Members of the Tehama County Search and Rescue, the CHP, the Sheriff’s Office, and the Red Bluff Fire Department coordinated a three day search for Robert, but still they could not find him.
Folsom was last seen at the Red Bluff Tractor Supply on December 15, 2012 just after 6 p.m., He was also reportedly spotted at the Red Bluff Raley’s supermarket shortly afterwards. He was last seen wearing a blue long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and a large brim hat. He has not been seen or heard from since.
Recently, the department has gathered information indicating Folsom may have been in Dog Island Park before he went missing.
